Fabian is a
little boy from
Paraguay in
Latin America.
He lives in a very poor neighborhood located in the suburbs of
Asuncion, the name of which is Remansito. Life is tough in
Remansito; infant illnesses kill many children, and there is
barely enough money for people to survive.
Nevertheless,
Little Rascal, as his uncle Alan likes to call him, sees the world with
very happy eyes. He loves his parents, his grandparents, his
cousins, his uncle Alan, and his aunt Lourdes. He likes to fish
and sing with his Dad, draw for his Mom and cook with his Grandma.
He is afraid of cows and he loves soccer.
His story is
universal; it could be the story of each and any little child
of
poor neighborhoods in Paraguay.
